How it works? 3-4 Weeks Process
You got the drawings
We will start from your drawings, could be preliminary or fully defined, we can also coordinating with your architect to find out the cost and easy or not when in process of practice.
Footing and Drainage Design
We will start with the soil test, design the footing and drainage. You can decide what type of frame you want at this stage, timber, light gauge steel, or mix them.
Frame and Structural Design
The trusses and walls will be designed, structural steel will also be nominated.
Structural Engineering
Structural Calculation and bracing report will be prepared.
Calculation of Take-off List
After all the design and engineering has been done, the take off list with everything you need for building will be provided.
